Controller and contact

The data controller is BioMedical-IT Adrian Tkacz. For data-protection matters, contact: kontakt@creatidy.com.

Analytics and cookies

On the public DemandTrace pages we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic and improve the service. Until you give consent — or if you withdraw it — Google Analytics does not send any analytics data to Google. After consent is given, we may process information about the pages visited, the device, the browser, approximate location and analytics identifiers.

The legal basis for processing analytics data is voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Declining does not restrict the use of the site.

The Google Analytics script is loaded with the page, but it sends no data and stores no cookies until you give consent. After consent is given, the _ga and _ga_MLSVJHDXLS cookies, whose standard lifetime is up to two years, may be stored. The consent decision is remembered in the browser so you are not asked again.

Recipient and data storage

The recipient of analytics data is Google, the provider of Google Analytics. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area with appropriate data-protection safeguards in place. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Event data is stored in GA4 for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain available longer.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time via “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops the transmission of data to Google Analytics and deletes the analytics cookies. You have the rights arising from the GDPR, including access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), to the appropriate extent.
